Cancellation policy:
Registrants who wish to cancel but who do not follow these guidelines will forfeit all fees.
You must write, e-mail, or fax your registration cancellation request to the secretariat, no later than 30 days prior to the course date.
Registration refunds will be processed after the conference. You will receive all amounts paid to the organization minus 20% as a handling fee.
For reimbursement purposes, please supply the following information:
- cancellation request;
- name to make the cheque payable
- address to mail the cheque.
